Quotation and Acceptance

When you request a quote from NR Painting, we will provide an estimate based on the details you submit and job. The quotation is not a final agreement but an estimate of costs, which may be subject to change depending on the specifics of the job.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
The acceptance of a quote constitutes a contract for NR Painting to provide the agreed services, subject to these terms.

Payments and Deposits

Unless otherwise agreed upon, a deposit may be required before starting the job. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of work.

Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
We accept payments via bank transfer or any other method as agreed.
Late payments may incur additional fees or penalties.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a job, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time may result in a cancellation fee.

If NR Painting cancels the project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and refund any deposits, if applicable.

Liability

NR Painting provides professional painting services, and while we strive to deliver the highest quality results, we are not responsible for:

Damage caused by pre-existing issues with the property (e.g., structural faults).
Delays caused by events outside of our control, including weather conditions or supply chain disruptions.

We are fully insured, but any damages resulting from external factors not caused by our negligence are not covered.

Warranties

NR Painting provides a warranty for the quality of workmanship for a period of 12 months from the completion of the job. The warranty does not cover:

Damage due to misuse or negligence
Normal wear and tear
Modifications made by third parties after the project is completed
